Nollywood queen, Juliet Ibrahim breaks silence, says I was abused
LAGOS, Nigeria – Nollywood queen, Juliet Ibrahim is not an ordinary actor in the film industry. She has paid her dues, even though everything may not be going well with her when you talk of relationships.
The actress, who is one of the sexiest in Nollywood has chosen to break silence on incidents of sex abuse after the saga affecting Busola Dakolo, a professional photographer and wife of R&B singer, Timi Dakolo.
Busola Dakolo had alleged on video that she was sexually abused by the Senior Pastor in the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, COZA, Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo. He has denied the allegation.
But this time, this lovely screen idol said she was abused when she was a teenager and that she grew up with body esteem issues, dealing with abuse in silence.
Besides, she also confessed to making mistakes in love and described herself as an adult finding cause to celebrate life. It appears she still has so much to let out of the bag, as she tags this episode, the beginning.
“From Liberia to Lebanon, Cote D’Ivoire to Ghana, I survived the upheaval of war across countries, being torn away from the familiar and losing memories and loved ones. But this is only the beginning of my story. –
In A Toast To Life @atoasttolifebook , I am a child with body-esteem issues, a teenager dealing with abuse in silence, a young woman making mistakes in love and an adult finding cause to celebrate life”, she said.
