LEKKI, Lagos, Nigeria – Nollywood superstar, Kate Henshaw is not happy with the Lekki Concession Company(LCC) for what she described as fraudulent billing and deductions at the Lekki tour gate.
The actress, who was Public Relations Officer of Actor Guild of Nigeria(AGN) for some time said LCC owes a duty of accountability and transparency to their customers in its dealings and services offered. According to her, many customers plying the routes are disenchanted with the company.
“This morning there were scores of dissatisfied customers complaining of willy nilly billing and deductions from their..”, she said, adding that with the amount of money the company makes their electronic system should be on top of the world.
“You hardly display balance when one passes through. So in actual fact I have been debited and also paid cash to pass through”, she said.
Kate Henshaw said days are coming when LCC will account for the days she has travelled and debited for passage.
“My passport with dates of departure and arrival will be made available to you. You have to clarify this. You need to be above board and come with clean hands”, she said.
