AJEGUNLE, Lagos, Nigeria – Authority of the Nigerian Police say they have arrested trigger-happy officers involved in the killing of 20 year old lady and the near fatal murder of her male companion.
The police unveiled the identity of the officers on twitter. According to the police, the officers on duty opened fire on the 20 year old lady and her companion on the orders of CP Zubairu Muazu. The police said the officer who absconded after the shooting has been declared wanted.
So far six persons have been arrested and are expected to undergo orderly room trial to determine their level of guilt.

The officer who absconded after the incident took place has been declared wanted”, the police said on twitter.
The 20 year old girl and his companion were returning from a club in their own vehicle when the policemen on duty from Trinity Police station chased and double-crossed them before opening fire on them. The lady died instantly after being shot twice near her private parts while the male companion believed to be her boyfriend was shot in the head and currently battling to stay alive.
One of the greatest musicians to come out of Ajegunle, Mr. Daddy Showkey brought the development to the open when he called for concerted efforts to stop incessant police brutality.
