UYO, Akwa Ibom, Nigeria- The former governor of Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Godswill Akpabio has perfected plans to rig and deliver Akwa Ibom State to President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressive Congress(APC) based on his November 15, 2018 letter to President Muhammadu Buhari.

The former governor wrote the letter shortly after his defection and refusal of Governor Emmanuel Udom of Akwa Ibom to join the APC. The letter is contained in his personal letter headed paper in the Senate.

In his letter, the Senator who expressed gratitude to President Buhari for his support promised that a cattle  settlement will be established in Akwa Ibom state once APC is able to win the governorship election.

Besides, he said a befitting mosque will also be built in  Eket, Akwa Ibom state within three months and that contract for the project has been paid for by the NDDC.

To actualise his plans,  Senator Akpabio requested for additional contingent of security forces to discourage and suppress voters in PDP stronghold and full cooperation of INEC.

He also requested for INEC result sheets ahead of the governorship election, access to uncollected PVC and creation of additional 382 polling units.

He also called for cancellation of results in area where PDP would want to muster strength so as to enhance the chances of the party.
