LAGOS, Nigeria – Celebrated Disc Jockey, turned advocate against payment of tithe is today celebrating popular stand-up comedian, Bovi. He has expressed his reasons why he is celebrating him today.
Daddy Freeze talked about Bovi offending him but he did not disclose the nature of offence. But he is happy that the comedian not only apologised but issued a statement to that effect, puting his reputation at stake and working to fix the problem.
“Good morning, I want to celebrate @officialbovi today. What he did was immensely noble. To make a mistake is human, to realise the mistake and make a public apology is divine.
“If he had called me one on one and apologised, I would have had to forgive him, but the damage in the media would have lingered. By putting out a public statement and risking his reputation at it, he fixed it and i appreciate it.
“I learnt something from Bovi, If you make a mistake, sometimes, an apology is not enough, you have to fix it”, he said
