COURT STRIKES OUT SUIT AGAINST INNOSON MOTORS

IKEJA, Lagos, Nigeria – A Lagos High Court sitting in Ikeja, today struck out suit instituted against Innoson Motors. Justice Olusola Williams struck out the suit following inability of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC) to produce Managing Director of Innoson Motors, Mr. Innocent Chukwuma in court, even after issuance of bench warrant.
