IKEJA, Lagos – Nigerian Union of Journalists, NUJ today commenced 11 days health screening of journalists in Lagos State. The excercise is meant to last till March 23rd, 2018 at the NUJ Secretariat, 9A, Iyalla Street, Alausa , Ikeja from 9am to 5pm Daily.




The health screening will cover clinical Breast Examination, Cervical Cancer screening using Visual Inspection Acetic Acid Solution Method, eye Check and Collection of Glasses, screening for Hypertension and Diabetes for N000,00 .

The first 100 persons to access the services will go home with Free Breast Examination Device to help during self breast screening, while any patient with a suspected case of breast or cervical cancer will be referred to the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, LUTH for follow up.
