ZANU PF UNVEILS POST-RESIGNATION PICTURE OF MUGABE, WIFE, SAYS THEY ARE ALIVE, WELL

ZIMBABWE – The ruling Zimbabwe’s ZANU PF has published post-resignation photograph of former President, Robert Mugabe and his wife, Grace.

This is the first time that the couples have been seen together since the military took control of Zimbabwe. Mugabe’s wife, Grace was reported to have fled in the heat of the power struggle, leaving the husband in limbo.

Besides, no word was heard from Grace who has been very outspoken when she was First Lady. Mugabe resigned on Tuesday, and since then neither he nor his wife has been seen in public, prompting media speculation about their state of well-being.

To disprove all speculation, ZANU PF released the photograph today, saying that the former President and his wife are alive and well.

The photograp showed the couple seated in a private resident with some men behind them.
