SHOCKER: SEE WHAT MICHAEL JACKSON’S SON, PRINCE IS UP TO
LOS ANGELES, United States – Many who are looking up to the 20 year old Prince, son of the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson to step into his father’s shoes may be disappointed for a very long time.
Michael Jackson is regarded as the greatest pop star of all time. Triller was his best seller, grossing over 65 million copies worldwide. Other great hits include Dangerous, Off the wall, BAD, History and Black & White among others. The Guinness World Record classified Michael Jackson as the Most Successful Entertainer of All Time.
But his son, Prince is quite a distance from his person when it comes to talent though his late father continues to inspire and remind him of the need to stay humble.
Prince told Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby that his father’s shoes is just too big for him to step in.
“I can’t sing, I can’t dance, I can’t do any of that. I’ve tried it [the Moonwalk] and it’s embarrassing, we can’t even talk about that,” he said on television.
For now, he works behind the scene in his King Son Production Company. “I’m a very private person in my private life and I don’t like to reveal to the public things that aren’t appropriate. “I decided to go into production because it’s still in the entertainment industry but behind the camera,” he said.
He also works for Heal The World, a charity organisation named after one of his farher’s songs to minimise the impact of hunger in the United States.
“We focus on child hunger, child abuse and homelessness in the Los Angeles area. We really structured it off Heal the World but on a smaller scale to lead by example to say you don’t have to be a pop star or be very famous to make a difference. You can make a difference by going out and doing these things by yourself or with a group of friends in your own city,” he said. He also spoke of the impact of his father’s music on his fans accross the world.
“I thought it was not normal at first but then we saw videos of him performing. People were fainting”, he said and hinted at the symbiotic relationship his father had with his fans. “One time we were outside the Dorchester and lots of people were shouting and chanting his name and my dad sent out pizza and hot chocolate to them,” he said.
For him, the greatest love is none other than his father, the late pop icon.
“I will never feel love again the way I did with you. You are always with me and I am always with you though I am not you, and you are not me, I know with all of my being that we are one and our souls will never change in that way. Thank you for the magic, forever and always, ” he said of his father.
