IPOB members on a peaceful protest

NEW YORK, United States – Indigenous People of Biafra are now protesting at the United Nations where President Muhammadu Buhari and world leaders are addressing the 72nd UN General Assembly in New York.





The IPOB members are calling attention of the world to what they believe to be injustice in Operation Python Dance, in which the Nigerian military has slaughtered dozens of IPOB members in cold blood.

IPOB has been proscribed by the Southeast governors, while the Nigerian military has designated it a terror organisation which has generated diverse reaction in Nigeria.

President of the Nigerian Senate, Dr. Bukola Saraki has described both the action of the military and the Southeast governors as unconstitutional, while the military believes its pronouncement is within the ambit of law. Click link below for video
