IKOYI, Lagos, Nigeria – Justice Ugochukwu Oguakwu of the Court of Appeal sitting in Ikoyi, Lagos on Thursday threw out the application of a former special adviser to Ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, Waripamowei Dudafa.
