NOTTINGHAM, United Kingdom – The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency in the United Kingdom has recalled a number of vehicles for exhibiting faults, ranging from fuel leaks to airbags and brakes that may put the driver in jeopardy.




The list include Renault: Clio IV, 2016 model recalled because wipers may not perform as intended. Others are Mercedes-Benz: E-Class, 2017 model recalled because short circuit may occur, Mercedes-Benz: Atego 2017 model, recalled due to risk of short circuit, Infiniti: Q30 & QX30, 2017 model recalled because airbag may not deploy correctly.

Also affected is Toyota: Dyna, 2016 model recalled because fuel may leak leading to engine cut out, Ford: Mondeo 2017 model wanted back in the factory because seat belt pre-tensioner may malfunction; BCA Vehicle Services Ltd: Mitsubishi Shogun SG5 2017 model recalled because seatbelt may become loose, Vauxhall: Vivaro B, 2017 model recalled because suspension may become insecure; Vauxhall: Insignia 2017 model, recalled due to reduction in braking performance; Vauxhall: Astra J, Meriva, Mokka & Zafira C, 2017, needed in the factory because front seat side airbag may deploy incorrectly.

Others are Toyota: Proace, 2017 model, recalled due to unexpected airbag deployment; Vauxhall: Adam, 2017, recalled because drivers airbag may not deploy correctly, Toyota: Proace; Vauxhall: Corsa E, 2017 model, needed in the factory because roof side rail airbag may deploy incorrectly; Vauxhall: Insignia, 2017 model, recalled because passenger airbag may deploy incorrectly; Volvo Truck: FL & FE 2017 recalled because rear axle suspension may become insecure; Mazda: Mazda 6, 2017 model because airbag may malfunction; Porsche: 911 Carrera (991) & 718 (982) 2017 recalled because fuel injection pipes may become insecure; Maserati: Ghibli, Quattroporte 2017 model recalled because vehicle can move away after driver has exited; Ford: Ranger 2017 model, recalled folding rear seat may become insecure; Vauxhall: Movano B, 2017, recalled because sideboard or tailboard may detach; Citroen: C3 Picasso, 2017 model, recalled because front airbag may not deploy.

Also included is Peugeot: 508, 2017 model, recalled because front airbag may not deploy; Porsche: 911 (Cabriolet/Targa), 718, 2017 model recalled because bonding on windscreen is insufficient; Volvo Bus: B11R,,2017, recalled because alternator may overheat, MAN Bus: P12, 2017, recalled because protective device on the inverter may be inoperative; Volvo Car: XC90, V90, V90CC & S90, 2017 recalled because retaining bolt for inflatable curtain may be broken; Volvo Truck: FH, FM, 2017 recalled because brake pedal may be incorrectly assembled; Tenneco Automotive: Monroe shock absorber and strut fitted to Mercedes-Benz A-Class & B-Class, 2017, recalled due to poor welding causing foot bracket to break.




The rest are motorcycles, all 2017. They are Suzuki Motorcycles: UK110, Throttle may not act as intended, KTM: 1290- Superduke (Fuel hose may leak); Yamaha: YZF-R3 & MTN320 (Fuel may leak);Yamaha: YZF-R3 & MTN320 (Main switch electric terminal may corrode, Ducati: Multistrada (950, 1200 & 1200S) (Fuel may leak), KTM: SX50 (Chain connecting link may fail), Polaris: General and General 4, RZR 900 (XC, S), , RZR 4 900, RZR 1000, (XP/XP4, XP 4 high lifter) & XP 4, XP Turbo (Unintended brake drag), Polaris: General & RZR (Engine ecu software incomplete).
