WESTMINSTER, London – A man has been charged with racially aggravated malicious communications following a complaint made to police on 6 November 2016.
Rhodri Colwyn Phillips, 50 from Knightsbridge was charged on Tuesday, 7 March with malicious communications with racially aggravated factors.
He has been released on bail but will appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, 4 April.
Phillips was arrested by officers from the Met’s Operation Falcon on Wednesday, 25 January after a complaint was received concerning threats made online against a 51-year-old woman.
