POLICE INVADE PATIENCE JONATHAN’S HOME IN ABUJA
ABUJA, Nigeria – Officials of the Nigerian Police Force today turned their focus on former President of Nigeria, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan by going after his wife Patience Jonathan.
We gathered that officials of the agency today invaded the home of the former first lady, Dame Patience Jonathan in Abuja in connection with ongoing prosecution of former aids of the President.
Speaking to News Guru on the development, Lawyer to the former first lady, Barrister Charles Ogboli, said those who invaded the Jonathan’s home are from a special unit acting on a directive from the Inspector General of Police, while another one who was on mufti claimed that he is from the Attorney General of the Federation (AGF)”
“They said they wanted to search the property and told me to bear a witness to their operations, but i insisted I wasn’t entering the premise, they broke the door, went in and took about three cheque books and six company seals”, he said.
