An allegation was initially made to another force in March 2014 and subsequently transferred to the MPS. Following these two other women came forward.

Conn was found not-guilty of one count of indecent assault on a woman over 16-years-old and two counts of indecent assault on a girl under the age of 16-years-old. Another charge of indecent assault was aborted.
