He reported that during his mission he however found a few commuters crossing the expressway on foot irrespective of the bridge.

Mr. Magnus Efe who spoke to our correspondent thanked the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode for his foresight in building the bridge in the axis. He said so many lives have been lost in the process of crossing the very busy expressway.

He also showered encomiums on the governor for the new link road he is creating around the bridge to compliment the flow of traffic adding that nobody would have thought such a link road will be possible.

According to him, one of the roads is likely to link Isheri and Olowora axis without commuters have to go down to turn to be able to link the area, a development he said is plausible. He equally commended the governor for the ongoing reconstruction of the link road in front of the Lagos State Public works, adding that the development will also ease flow of traffic in the area.
