Nigeria, May 5, 2016 – Former Commissioner for Youth, Sports and Social Development in Lagos State, Prince Ademola Adeniji-Adele is dead. He was 60 years old.
He died this morning in India. The former commissioner who has been ill for some time died of an unsuccessful kidney transplant.
He is said to have done one successfully in the past but that the second attempt this time failed.
Very close family sources say his coffin will arrive Nigeria tomorrow.
Prince Ademola Adeniji served as commissioner when Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu was governor of Lagos State. Meanwhile, tribute has continued to pour in for the former sports commissioner. Former Presidential aspirant and Publisher of Ovation Newspaper, Mr. Dele Momoudu described him a s colleague in the struggle and prayed Allah to let him rest in peace.
