Abuja, Nigeria, February 25, 2016 – Former Head of State, Gen. Yakubu Gowon, Minister of Power, Works & Housing, Mr Babatunde Fashola, former Governor of Cross Rivers State, Mr. Donald Duke on Tuesday unveiled the 4Way Test Initiative, organized by the Rotary International District 9126 at the Yar’Adua International Centre, Abuja on Tuesday, 23rd, 2016.
