Abia Warriors Sacks Goal Keeper

 May, 25, 2015 – Management of Abia Warriors Football Club of Umuahia has announced the indefinite suspension of one of their goalkeepers, Joseph Onuoha with immediate effect.

In a letter addressed to the goalkeeper and signed by the club secretary, Mr. Oliver Ndife, the management said the suspension was as a result of “gross insubordination and dereliction of duty”.

The letter, which ordered the goalkeeper to vacate the club’s camp immediately, also directed him to submit any club’s property in his possession to the appropriate authorities without delay and wished himgoodluck.
