January 23, 2015 – Thousands of farmers from their various associations today stormed Abuja, Nigeria where they endorsed President Goodluck Jonathan for another term of four years.
The farmers who hosted President Jonathan in Abuja described him as father of farmers and urged him to run for a second time.
The farmers who came out one after the other all commended the President for what he has done in agriculture through the Minister for Agriculture, Dr. Akinwunmi Adesina.
Some of the farmers who spoke in Hausa Language said the administration of Dr. Goodluck Jonathan has eliminated hunger through investment in agriculture.
Some of them said they will support Jonathan over and over again.
