November 30, 2014 – Hunger Games: Mokingjay, succeeded in revamping what has been an ugly trend at the US Box Office when it returned the sum of $56.875 million to Lionsgate at the weekend after touring 4, 151 film viewing centres in the US.

Penguins of Madagascar which is new at the Box Office made the $25.8 million to make it to number 2 after touring 3, 764 cinemas in the US.
Big Hero 6 which was number 3 last week moved up to number 2 after making $18.770million from 3,365 theatres where it was exhibited in the US.
At number 4 is Interstellar, put together by Paramount Pictures. The film made $15.8 million after passing through 3,066 film viewing centres in the US.
Horrible Bosses 2, a new film just coming into the market rounded up the top five chart when it made $15.7 million from 3,375 viewing centres in the US.
Other new films that made it to the US box office include The Imitation Game, Women Who Flirt, The Babadook and Touch the Wall.
