EKITI 2014: Fayose Declines Television Debate with Fayemi

Ahead of the governorship election scheduled for Saturday June 21, 2014, the Governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP), Mr. Ayo Fayose has declined to appear in a television debate with the governorship candidate of the All Progressive Congress(APC), Mr. Kayode Fayemi.

According to a statement from Enough is Enough, Fayose has declined to participate in the television debate.

Fayemi who is the governor of Ekiti will now square up in the debate with candidate of Labour Party(LP), Opeyemi Bamidele and candidate of Accord Party(AP), Mr. Kole Ajayi and 16 other candidates.

All the candidates are expected to use the debate to make public their plans for Ekiti youth with special focus on education, security, power supply,
employment and other issues.
