President Goodluck Jonathan of Nigeria flew into South Africa Friday evening as part of continuous consultation on how to tackle and efface the menace of the dread Islamic sect, Boko Haram which has wreaked havoc in Nigeria.

He will meet with the newly elected President of South Africa, Mr. Jacob Zuma and other leaders in the region to tackle the problem engendered by the sect which has kidnapped and killed hundreds of Nigerians since it began the onslaught on Nigeria.
African leaders will “focus on collective action to effectively roll back the scourge of terrorism in Africa,” Special Adviser to Nigerian President, Dr. Reuben Abati told Reuters.
