Most of them, including former governors now cover their plate numbers when driving on the highways so as to be able to get away with any crime they commit. One of those spotted by our correspondent includes the former governor of Kwara State, Senator Bukola Saraki. Our correspondent reports that he has also spotted cars in the convoy of Governors like Ibikunle Amosun, Babatunde Fashola covering plate numbers.
