Chairman of the Twenty-one political alliance, Alhaji Inuwa Ahmed, who is the State Chairman of United Nigeria Peoples Party UNPP) said the decision of the 21 political parties to merge with the PDP was to pave way for a peaceful co-existence as well as to work for the progress of the State.
“We are 21 political parties and we have decided to join PDP today officially, to work for peace and progress of Kaduna State. We are here to extend our cooperation and hands of friendship to the PDP, we have enjoyed a lot of privileges and cooperation from PDP and PDP has benefited in no small ways in working with us. On several occasions we had been able to deliver to PDP since 1999,” he said.
