Politics is so volatile that it has become synonymous with violence and death. The film, Game of Throne is an attempt to appraise this ugly trend in politics. General Mark Jack,  a retired military officer is interested in a senatorial seat and gets his men to kidnap, Ujuwan, the daughter of his main rival, Senator Chigozie.

But things went awry when the kidnapper, who is incidentally the son of the general, was engaged in a fierce battle by a fellow student, leading to his sudden death.

The whole campus is thrown into confusion with rumour that the kidnapper was killed by a rival secret cult.  General Mark Jack is alarmed and sends his men in search of the killers. But along the way, Senator Chigozie is informed that the student that saved his daughter from the hands of the kidnapper is no other than Ikenna, the only son of the King, whom he is trying to woo to his side to make his electoral victory a foregone conclusion.  He sends his men to blackmail Ikenna to fall in love with his only daughter, using the student ID card found on the scene of murder.  How far can he go in this game? This is left for you to find out in the film. Also of interest is the subplot featuring Adaeze, a grown up lady that is desperately in love with Ikenna.

Rated 18 by the National Film and Video Censors Board, Game of Throne comes with good storyline, pictures and audio quality that can be improved upon. Produced and directed by Obinna Okeke and Amaechi Ukeji respectively, Game of Throne parades array stars like Professor Laz Ekwueme, Yul Edochie, Clem Ohameze and Chacha Eke among others.
