Talented music producer, OJB Jezreel who is down with a kidney problem has confirmed receipt of $100,000, about N15.8 million donated by the Rivers State Governor, Mr. Rotimi Amaechi.
The sick artiste who made the confirmation on his social network thanked the governor for coming to his aid.
“I really thank God for Governor Amaechi’s kind heart. All I can say is that God will fight his battles as he saved my life. I also thank all Nigerians from all works of life who heeded my appeal for funds to go for my kidney transplant. God bless everyone”, he said.
We gathered that the money was transferred to OJB’s account on Friday July 5th.
The Lagos State governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola is also in touch with the artiste and making sure that the artiste gets the best of care at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital(LASUTH).
