MUSHIN, Lagos, Nigeria – Idi-Oro, Mushin is on fire. Rival cult groups have made the area a no go area for commutters following violent clashes which has led to loss of properties and injuries to many.
According to sources, cult groups from Alamutu street, Idi Oro invaded Akala Elegba area, looting and setting shops ablaze.
So far, several people have been arrested while bags of marijuana and other exhibits were recovered by policemen.
The fight was said to have started Sunday evening during which many people were injured. Shops and schools have been shut in the area.
