May 13, 2015 – Lagos State Resident Registration Agency (LASRRA) is set to distribute the state Permanent Residency Cards to large number of residents, particularly state and local government employees who have been captured in the scheme on Friday, May 15, 2015.
General Manager, LASRRA, Ms. Yinka Fashola who made the revelation at an interactive session with journalists said the stage is now set for mass distribution of the cards adding that the exercise will take place at the at Blue Roof, LTV, Lagos.
She said residents will also be registered at the occasion adding that the exercise is open to young people and the aged and that any resident can also register in any of the 57 local governments and local council development areas in Lagos.
While calling on resident to embrace the exercise, she said registration and collection of the card is free for all residents.
She said that the exercise will help the state to develop accurate and updated database for government to plan for rapid development of Lagos State.
