LAGOS, Nigeria – The Nigerian Police has for some time now consciously embark on some social engineering aimed at building a brand new image for the police force.
From one police station to another within major metropolis, our correspondent has been bombarded with various images, some time in beautifully designed backdrop.
Among them is Police is Your Friend, but there is more, a policeman stood out outside one of the stations in Lagos with this placard, saying Bail is Free and change begins with me. What do you think?
