NFF, FRSC MEET FOR MUTUAL BENEFIT

Abuja, June 27, 2016 – Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) and the Federal Road Safety Commission(FRSC) on today discussed areas of mutual collaboration in Abuja.

During a visit to the FRSC Sector Commander in Abuja, Mr. Sunday Oghenekaro, the NFF General Secretary, Dr. Mohammed Sanusi, commended the efforts of the commission in maintaining sanity on Nigerian roads and also noted the conscious efforts of the leadership of both institutions to maintain cordial and responsible neighbourliness.

Both the NFF and the Federal Road Safety Commission, FCT sector share the same premises and have been good neighbours over the years.

“We share the same compound and have been wonderful neighbours over the years, but we cannot take that for granted; the leadership of our various institutions still need to meet and discuss important matters of collaboration every now and then,” Sanusi said.

Responding, Mr. Oghenekaro hailed the efforts of the NFF in ensuring the development of Nigeria football, and agreed that meetings between chieftains of the two organizations should be regular.

Sanusi was in company with Mr. Chris Andekin (Assistant Director, Finance), Mr. Tunde Aderibigbe (Head, Protocol Unit), Dr. Christian Emeruwa (Integrity Officer) and Magaji Abdullahi (Ag. Head, Administration).
